With Strings Attached

Ken Aiso, violin/viola
Martin Fogel, guitar

These two internationally acclaimed soloists offer an intriguing concert with a Spanish flavour from around the world, by composers including Mozart, Sarasate, Ibert, Schubert and Piazzolla. It features Alan Ridout’s setting for solo violin and speaker of the story of Ferdinand the Bull, a pacifist who would rather smell the flowers than fight.

Hackney Proms are relaxed, informal and family‐friendly, and children are welcome. Coffee and croissants are on sale.
